Health Check for Oversea Workers Trang chủ

To meet the demands of our customers, from June 2021, SBB Clinic is now approved by the Department of Health in Hanoi to conduct verified health checks for individuals looking to work, study, or marriage overseas.

Requirements for health checks of each individual varies based on their current needs and circumstances.

1. PREPARATIONS BEFORE HEALTH EXAMINATION

Before your health check to travel abroad, patients must strictly follow these tasks:

Have the required health check in the morning, prior to breakfast for accurate results.

Avoid using nausea medications when traveling by cars or trains to reach your medical center.

Bring your Identification Card and 04 photos size 4×6 taken within 6 months prior to the exam date.

If patients have to take the health examination in the afternoon, light snacks and water can be taken. For female patients, avoid consuming eggs before examination for accurate results.

Avoid going to the clinic if you’re feeling unwell.

Avoid consuming alcohol and stimulants a day prior to your health check, avoid staying up late.

2. HEALTH CHECK CATEGORIES

To meet all the requirements for working overseas, workers must cover all of these categories within their health check:

3. NOTES

Within the health check process, patients may encounter some extraneous issues. These common issues may be:

Eye problems: eyesight must be at least 8/10, exceptions might be made for workers with clinically diagnosed eye diseases. Short-term poor eyesight could be caused by fatigue or stress, resulting in false results when tested. It is recommended for patients to take a break before taking the test for the most accurate results.

Inaccurate height & weight: the standard for most overseas contracts requires women’s height to be over 1m50, 1m60 or higher for men; no requirement for weight is needed, although chronically underweight or overweight individuals can be disregarded. Therefore, in the chance that your measurements don’t match up with what you know, ask your doctors for a repeated measuring.

STI: if STIs are detected during the health check, treatments will be discussed and administered according to the patient’s needs.

Pregnant workers will not be qualified for overseas contracts or will be rescheduled for another date to avoid inaccurate statistics during testing.
