1. Register/Make an appointment
Patients can register for an examination directly at the clinic or make an appointment by phone/website. Full personal information must be provided.
2. Make a medical record
Medical staff will ask about the patient's condition, conduct an initial screening such as measuring blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc. At the same time, ask about the patient's medical history to make a medical record.
3. Visit the doctor
The doctor will conduct a general clinical examination, examine each organ system, and combine asking about the patient's condition and assessing health.
4. Prescribe paraclinical tests
The doctor will prescribe necessary tests based on the initial assessment such as blood tests, urine tests, electrocardiogram, X-ray, ultrasound, etc.
5. Examine and consult the results
After receiving the results, the patient returns for the doctor to explain, make an overall assessment and advise on the patient's health status as well as disease prevention/treatment measures if necessary.
